I am an Information & Computer Systems professional with hands-on experience across IT service management, enterprise platforms, software development, databases, and automation. My background combines real-world operational work in production environments with strong technical foundations developed through academic and project-based experience.I have worked closely with IT teams to support, configure, and improve systems that serve real users and organizations. I bring a practical, detail-oriented approach to technology, with an understanding of how software, data, and processes come together to form reliable and scalable systems.
What Are My Experiences?
Full Stack Developer
- Worked as part of a 3-person Agile team on a live job-boarding and profit-sharing web platform for a real external sponsor, Benjamin Leather, across six sprints
- Designed and built the core REST API with a clean, structured folder architecture, allowing teammates to add new endpoints by following an existing pattern without touching the core system, speeding up team development
- Migrated authentication from session-based to JWT, implementing short-lived access tokens with 7-day refresh tokens, improving security and removing the scalability limitations of the previous system
- Worked closely with the front-end team to integrate JWT authentication into the React front end in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Resolved a wide range of bugs, from small UI issues to complex logic errors requiring core functionality changes
- Contributed to user-facing documentation for the platform
- Served as Scrum Master for two sprints, running daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, and communicating directly with the sponsor to turn feedback into new features and fixes
IT Service Management
- Supported an enterprise ServiceNow platform serving 780,000+ members
- Wrote and documented detailed test cases early in the role; documentation was clear enough that the team lead used it directly to communicate testing results to external vendors
- Served as first point of contact for incoming tickets, triaging and assigning them to the correct users, groups, and roles based on client needs
- Handled approximately 100–130 tickets across request items, change management, and daily operations
- Built 10–15 dashboards and reports for clients based on their specific reporting needs
- Created 15–20 catalog items and service request forms to support new business processes
- Wrote fix scripts, client scripts, and scheduled jobs to automate repetitive work — for example, writing a script to automatically close a batch of tickets instead of closing them one by one
- Independently identified and implemented a solution for migrating relational data — including request and metric records — from the old production environment to the new one, preserving the correct data hierarchy, solving a problem the team was still working through without being assigned to it
- Built workflows using Flow Designer incorporating JavaScript and history tracking for advanced conditional logic
- Worked with the Asset Management team to resolve CMDB and CI table issues, writing scripts to delete stale and incorrect CI records (monitors, mobiles, laptops) that could not be removed manually due to admin restrictions and list constraints
- Communicated directly with the HR team to manage the knowledge base, removing expired articles and adding updated ones to the new production environment
- Configured ACLs (Access Control Lists) to control visibility of catalog items and request items — making specific items visible only to designated teams while hiding them from others

- Produced Managed full-cycle accounting and administrative functions using Paya accounting software(ERP Software), including creating and processing sales documents, purchase orders, supplier and customer records, product pricing, salary calculations, and company financial reports. I bring a broad and practical technical background spanning software development, web technologies, databases, and IT systems. My experience covers both front-end and back-end development, along with data design, analysis, and system-focused work, allowing me to approach solutions from an end-to-end perspective.
On the front-end, I have worked with modern web technologies including HTML, CSS (SASS, Flexbox, Grid), JavaScript, and frameworks such as React and Redux, focusing on responsive design, usability, and clean component-based architecture. I am comfortable translating designs into functional interfaces using tools like Figma and Photoshop, ensuring consistency between design and implementation.
On the back-end and application side, my experience extends beyond web development to include C++, C#, Java, Python, and mobile and desktop application development. I have built logic-driven applications, worked with APIs, and implemented structured, maintainable code across different programming environments. My background also includes working with build and tooling ecosystems such as Node.js, Webpack, and Gulp, as well as CMS-based development using WordPress with custom themes and Advanced Custom Fields.

I have designed schemas, written queries, and prepared data for reporting and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
