I am an Information & Computer Systems professional with hands-on experience across IT service management, enterprise platforms, software development, databases, and automation. My background combines real-world operational work in production environments with strong technical foundations developed through academic and project-based experience.

I have worked closely with IT teams to support, configure, and improve systems that serve real users and organizations. I bring a practical, detail-oriented approach to technology, with an understanding of how software, data, and processes come together to form reliable and scalable systems.

I bring a broad and practical technical background spanning software development, web technologies, databases, and IT systems. My experience covers both front-end and back-end development, along with data design, analysis, and system-focused work, allowing me to approach solutions from an end-to-end perspective.

On the front-end, I have worked with modern web technologies including HTML, CSS (SASS, Flexbox, Grid), JavaScript, and frameworks such as React and Redux, focusing on responsive design, usability, and clean component-based architecture. I am comfortable translating designs into functional interfaces using tools like Figma and Photoshop, ensuring consistency between design and implementation.

On the back-end and application side, my experience extends beyond web development to include C++, C#, Java, Python, and mobile and desktop application development. I have built logic-driven applications, worked with APIs, and implemented structured, maintainable code across different programming environments. My background also includes working with build and tooling ecosystems such as Node.js, Webpack, and Gulp, as well as CMS-based development using WordPress with custom themes and Advanced Custom Fields.

I have a strong foundation in database design, management, and analysis, with experience using Oracle databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts. I have designed schemas, written queries, and prepared data for reporting and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and performance. This database and data-focused experience allows me to build systems that are reliable, scalable, and well-structured.

In addition, my exposure to Linux environments, security concepts, and networking fundamentals strengthens my ability to develop and support applications with an awareness of system reliability, access control, and operational risk.
